This is a quick and delicious, throw together in the crock pot dinner! Use whatever left over veggies that you have, along with leftover roast. Add a large jar of V-8 juice, and you’re set! You can also use frozen vegetables, and browned and seasoned stew beef, if you have no leftovers.

1 ckernel corn

1 croasted potatoes

1 croasted carrots

1 bottlev-8 juice
How To Make vegetable beef soup (leftovers soup)

1Gather your left over veggies and roast.

2I use cooked green beans.

3Cooked corn.

4Cooked potatoes and carrots.

5Cooked beef roast, shredded.

6Put all of these ingredients into crock pot.

7Pour V-8 juice over ingredients, and stir well.

8Cook on medium to high heat for four hours. (One hour on stove top.)
