Ingredients For vegetable beef soup

1onion, diced

2carrots, peeled and diced

2celery stalks, diced

1 cdiced potatoes

1 ccorn
-
1 cpeas
-
2 candiced tomatoes with juice

1 lgcan tomato sauce

3 to 4beef bouillon, cubes

1 lbground beef (roast and steak can be used), diced or shredded

2 cwater
-
2 Tbspred wine vinegar

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make vegetable beef soup

1heat onions, celery and carrots in a large stockpot with some olive oil. add the potatoes and cook for about 2 minutes.

2add in your meat and other ingredients. if soup seems to thick, add more water.

3bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 30-45 minutes. serve with cornbread, elbow macaroni or just plain.
