Ingredients For vegetable beef soup

1 1/2 lbbeef stew meat or steak cut into small cubes

1medium onion, finely chopped

1 ccabbage, finely chopped

8 cwater
-
1 ccelery, cut into small pieces

1 1/2 ccarrots, cut into small pieces

2 cpotatoes, cut into small pieces

1/2 celbow or shell pasta
-
128 oz can of diced or stewed tomatoes (your preference)

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make vegetable beef soup

1Combine beef, onions, cabbage and water in large pot. Cook for 1 hour. Add celery, carrots, and potatoes and cook for 45 minutes. Add pasta and cook until tender (about 8 minutes). Add tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
