Ingredients For unstuffed pepper soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef - low fat
  • 3 lg
    green bell peppers - chopped
  • 1 lg
    onion - chopped
  • 28 oz
    beef broth
  • 20 oz
    tomoato soup
  • 28 oz
    crushed tomatoes
  • 4 oz
    mushrooms - drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked rice

How To Make unstuffed pepper soup

    Brown ground beef, drain off excess fat. Add green peppers and onions.

    Over medium heat, stir in broth, soup, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked rice and heat through.
