Ingredients For taco soup

2 lbhamburger meat

2 cdiced onions

1 can15 1/4 oz whole kernal corn

2 can14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
-
1 canrotel tomatoes
-
2 can4 1/2 oz green chiles
-
2 can4 1/2 oz sliced, black olives

1/2 csliced green olives optional
-
2 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
1 pkg1 oz ranch dressing mix
-
fritos for serving
-
sour cream for garnish
-
grated cheese for garnish
-
chopped green onions for garnish
How To Make taco soup

1Brown hamburger meat and onions in a large skillet, drain. Then transfer meat and onions to a large crockpot. Add corn, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, green olives, taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or you can cook on stove on low for an hour or so. To serve, put corn chips in a bowl and ladle soup over them...add desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. If you wish, you can top with green onions.
