This is an adaption of my awesome sister-in-laws recipe because hers was a little too spicy for the kiddos. Our whole family loves this. It's so easy to make, is healthy and takes very little time. You can add or vary the ingredients to suit your own tastes as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients For taco soup

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix (mild)
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dip mix
  • 2 can
    tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
  • 2 can
    whole kernel corn
  • 1 can
    kidney beans, canned
  • 1 can
    black beans, canned
  • 1 can
    pinto beans (drained)
  • 1/4 - 1/2
    block of velveeta cheese

How To Make taco soup

    In large pot, cook hamburger until brown, drain.

    Add seasonings and mix well
  • 3
    Next add all canned ingredients and cook until really hot
  • 4
    Cut Velveeta into chunks and add to soup. Make sure to stir the cheese in well.
