Ingredients For taco soup

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 lgonion, chopped
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
1 1/2 canwater
-
tall cankidney beans
-
2 cwhole tomatoes 16 oz size

1 cannavy beans
-
1 canpinto beans
-
1 cancorn
-
1 boxpeas, frozen, 10 0z size

2 ctomato juice
-
5green peppers, cut up.
How To Make taco soup

1Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until water is gone.

2In a large pot, Add the cans of beans and corn,peas and tomatoes DO NOT DRAIN! add, the tomato juice and peppers. ( I use green but you can make it hot if your like and add your favorite peppers) let simmer for 20 minutes or till nice and hot. Ladle into bowls.

3Top soup with: shredded cheddar cheese avacados tomatoes sour cream Tortilla strips or chips I fry my own strips, so yummy.

4Pass the fresh fruit "Ritas'a" and enjoy the evening. xoxo :)
