This is a very good soup and so easy to make. I always make up a big batch and then freeze the left overs for a future dinner.

1 lblean hamburger

1 lgonion ; chopped

4 cwater

1 (10oz) canenchilada sauce

1 (15oz) cantomato sauce

2 (10oz) cantomatoes with green chili's

1 (10.75oz cantomato soup

1 (15oz) canred kidney beans ; drained

1 (15oz) canpinto beans

1 (15oz) canblack beans
-
1 cancorn niblets
-
1 cansliced black olives
-
1 smcan jalapenos , optional

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

salt and pepper
-
1 tspchopped garlic(from a jar)

1 tspparsely flakes

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

frito's corn chips
How To Make taco soup

1In a large dutch oven or pot ; cook hamburger and chopped onion until browned , drain off grease.

2Add all the remaining ingredients except garnish items ; Mix all together.

3Bring to a boil ; reduce the heat to low and simmer for at least 1 hour.

4Serve in individual bowls and add sour cream , cheese and broken up corn chips . mix and enjoy !
