Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

  • 2 lb
    ground beef browned
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce 28 oz
  • 1 can
    diced tomatos 28 oz
  • 2 c
    cooked white rice
  • 2 1/2 c
    chopped green peppers (or red and green)
  • 2
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make stuffed pepper soup

  • 1
    Add all ingredients into a pot EXCEPT meat and rice mix Add beef and rice, cover and simmer until peppers are tender about 30 minutes.

    For a thicker soup adjust amount of rice. This is really good with some crusty bread in the fall or winter. It is so easy to make and freezes really well.
