I love this soup it is always better the next day I add different colored peppers to this, if you like it with a kick add a few chopped Jalapeno's.. And I put a twist on this also and add Italian sausage

Ingredients For stuffed pepper soup

2ground beef

3 lgpeppers one green , one yellow, one red

1 lgcan tomato sauce

1 lgcan whole or diced tomatos with juice

3beef bouillon cubes

1/2 cbrown sugar
-
2 tspsalt
-
3 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspsoy sauce

3-4 cwhite rice
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

1In a Skillet add beef and browm over med high heat, drain off fat.

2Add peppers and beef in a big soup pot and saute over med heat for 7 minutes.

3Stir in remaining ingrediants, salt, pepper, tomatoes including juice, bouiollon, brown sugar everything except rice,Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes.

4add rice and simmer for 15 minutes.

5OPTIONAL... For a twist I sometimes use 1 lb of groud beef and 1 lb Italian sausage, and a bit of basil and orageno..
