I Love Cabbage and i saw this and thought i am going to post this soup instead of the roll ups, and besides this is much easier to make... Enjoy

Ingredients For stuffed cabbage soup

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 can
    14-1/2 oz. cans beef broth
  • 3-2/3 c
    water
  • 2-10-3/4 can
    cans tomato soup
  • 14.4 oz
    can of sauerkraut
  • 1/2
    cabbage head,chopped
  • 1 c
    cooked rice

How To Make stuffed cabbage soup

  • 1
    Brown beef in a large soup pot over medium heat; drain. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add broth, water, soup and undrained sauerkraut; stir until mixed well. Mix in cabbage and rice; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for one hour. Makes 10 servings.
