Ingredients For slow cooker taco soup

2 lbground beef

1 mdonion, diced
-
2 pkgtaco seasoning mix

2 pkgranch dressing mix
-
1-32 ozbox swanson chicken broth
-
1-14.5 ozcan tomato sauce
-
2-14.5 ozcans diced tomatoes with chilies

1-14.5 ozcan black beans, undrained
-
1 cankernel corn, undrained
-
for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream
How To Make slow cooker taco soup

1Saute onions for 2 minutes.

2Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.

3Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.

4Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.

5Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
