My family loves my taco soup. It is good for the party and cold weather. It is so delicious and eat with tortilla chips.

Ingredients For slow cooker taco soup

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1-32 oz
    box swanson chicken broth
  • 1-14.5 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • 2-14.5 oz
    cans diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1-14.5 oz
    can black beans, undrained
  • 1 can
    kernel corn, undrained
  • for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream

How To Make slow cooker taco soup

    Saute onions for 2 minutes.
  • 2
    Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.
  • 3
    Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.

    Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.

    Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
