    beef stew meat

    onion, chopped
  • 4
    carrots, sliced
  • 2
    celery stalks, sliced
  • 4
    potatoes, diced
  • 28 oz
    tomatoes, canned
  • 2 tsp
    quick cooking tapioca
  • 10 1/2 oz
    beef broth
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make slow-cooked beef stew

    Brown beef cubes; drain. Put into a slow cooker and add remaining ingredients, stirring to blend. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
