Ingredients For santa fe soup

1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2onion, chopped

1 pkgdry taco seasoning

1 pkghidden valley ranch seasoning

1 canwhite shoepeg corn (15.25 oz)

1 cannavy beans (15.5 oz)
-
1 canpinto beans with chili sauce (I use Bush's, 16 oz)

1 cangreat northern bean with chili sauce (I use Bush's, 15.5 oz)
-
1 canRotel chilies and tomatoes (10 oz)

2 cwater
-
1 dashcinnamon
-
sour cream
-
shredded cheese
-
corn chips
How To Make santa fe soup

1Brown ground beef with onions, drain off grease and pour into crock pot.

2While beef is browing, pour all other ingredients into crock pot, all cans undrained.

3Stir initially to mix well and occasionally while cooking.

4Cook on high for 4 hours. Serves 10+ depending on serving size. Recipe can be easily doubled. Freezes well.

5Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or corn chips.
