Ingredients For santa fe soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    dry taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch seasoning
  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn (15.25 oz)
  • 1 can
    navy beans (15.5 oz)
  • 1 can
    pinto beans with chili sauce (I use Bush's, 16 oz)
  • 1 can
    great northern bean with chili sauce (I use Bush's, 15.5 oz)
  • 1 can
    Rotel chilies and tomatoes (10 oz)
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 dash
    cinnamon
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese
  • corn chips

How To Make santa fe soup

  • 1
    Brown ground beef with onions, drain off grease and pour into crock pot.
  • 2
    While beef is browing, pour all other ingredients into crock pot, all cans undrained.

    Stir initially to mix well and occasionally while cooking.
  • 4
    Cook on high for 4 hours. Serves 10+ depending on serving size. Recipe can be easily doubled. Freezes well.

    Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or corn chips.
