    frozen peas

    In a soup kettle or dutch oven,saute carrot,celery,onion in butter until tender,about 5 min. Add next 9 ingredients,bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover & simmer 20 min.,stirring occasionally. Add peas. simmer,uncovered,5 min.
