Ingredients For quick mushroom stew

1 cancondensed tomato soup, undiluted

1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup

2 1/2 cwater
-
2 lbbeef stew meat, cut into cubes

2bay leaves
-
3medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

4carrots, cut 1/2 inch slices
-
1 lbmedium fresh mushrooms, halved

1 Tbspquick cooking tapioca
How To Make quick mushroom stew

1In a large Pot, stir the soups and water until smooth. Add meat and bay leaves. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Stir in potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and tapioca. Cover and bake 1 hour longer or until the meat and vegetables are tender. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
