Ingredients For pronto taco chili

1 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
2 clovegarlic
-
2 can(14 1/2 oz. each) beef broth

1 can(14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 1/2 csalsa
-
1 csprial or small shell pasta
-
1 mdgreen pepper, cored, seeded and chopped

2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspparsley
How To Make pronto taco chili

1In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.

2Add broth, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, pepper, chili powder and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.

3Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
