4 lgpotatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tspsmoked paprika

2 tspherbs de Provence

1 lgcarrot, peeled and sliced

3 lgcelery stalks, chopped

1 mdonion, sliced

6 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspdried oregano

1 tspchipotle chili powder

3 cbeef broth
-
3 Tbsptomato paste

2 tspWorcestershire sauce

1 tsptarragon
How To Make my poor man's stew

1Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. Drain and add to crock pot.

2Place the potatoes on top and season with smoked paprika and herbs de Provence.Top with carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Season with oregano and chipotle chili powder.

3Mix the beef broth, tomato paste, and Worcestershire together. Pour over the all the ingredients in the crock pot. Sprinkle with Tarragon. Cook on low for 8 hours.
