My Children Love this soup, My Son has told me over and over that I should sell it, but it is an old recipe, I have changed it, to my liking. When I make it and let the Children know that is what I have cooked they will come, and they make sure they take any leftovers home, My Son even hides it from his Buddies when they show up at his house, they tend to eat it all up. It is funny to me, because it is simple to make.

When Fresh Vegetables are in Season I use White Lady Finger Peas,Green Butterbeans, Fresh Yellow Corn, Fresh New Red Potatoes, And Fresh Onions and Tomatoes, Cook time does not vary because the peas, green butter beans and tomatoes, and corn are in my freezer. Fresh Vegetables are always better, but I have found that when you rinse canned vegetables with cold water the taste a little better.
