Ingredients For mmmm bacon cheeseburger soup from the instant pot!

1 lblean ground beef

1 smonion, diced
-
2 lgcarrot, finely diced
-
1 lgrib of celery finely diced
-
1 Tbspdried parsley
-
4 lgpotatoes, diced into cubes
-
3 cchicken broth
-
1/4 of a (32 oz.) brick of velveeta, cut into cubes
-
2 cwhole milk mixed with 1/4 c. flour until smooth
-
1/4 csour cream
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 pkgreal bacon bits & pieces.
How To Make mmmm bacon cheeseburger soup from the instant pot!

1Select the SAUTE button on your Instant Pot.

2Add ground beef, carrot, celery, onion and dried parsley. Brown meat and soften vegetables.

3Press CANCEL on Instant Pot.

4Drain grease off meat mixture and return to Instant pot.

5Add potatoes and chicken broth to pot.

6Cover and lock the lid. Make sure the steam releasing handle is pointing to sealing.

7HIGH pressure for 4 minutes.

8When cook time is finished, use quick release. When pressure is released, remove lid.

9Select the SAUTE button and bring broth back to a simmer.

10Stir in milk mixed with flour, velveeta cubes, sour cream, real bacon bits and remaining tablespoon of butter. Continue to stir until smooth and thickened.

11Press CANCEL on Instant Pot.

12Ladle soup into bowls and serve!
