Ingredients For mexican bean soup

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing (dry mix unpreparded )
  • 1 can
    tomatoes
  • 1 can
    whole kernal corn, or use fresh/frozen corn
  • 1 can
    pinto beans
  • 1 can
    black beans, canned
  • 1 can
    ranch beans

How To Make mexican bean soup

    Brown ground beef with onions. Add to 6 Qt Slow Cooker
  • 2
    Add all other ingredients and cook 2-4 hrs or until ready to serve.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4
    (I would add a couple of cloves of minced garlic to this and two or three teaspoons of cilantro.)
