My grandson loves this.It's a quick, tasty dinner that uses convenience foods to get dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. I usually add some diced onion to the green peppers when sauteeing.

Ingredients For meatball stew

  • 24 oz
    diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    frozen corn
  • 4 Tbsp
    green chiles, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    jalapeno, minced
  • 1
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 24
    frozen meatballs

How To Make meatball stew

  • 1
    Add olive oil to sauce pot over medium-high heat. Add chilies and bell peppers and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
