Years ago, I use to have a friend from New York. When we use to visit her mother in Brooklyn, she would make us hot dog stew. It was quite good and something got me wanting it the other day. Although I never got the recipe from her, I decided to make my own version. And here it is :)

Ingredients For hot dog stew

4 ctomato juice (i used campbell's)

2 cchicken stock
-
1/2 cdark brown sugar
-
1 pkghot dogs
-
1/2 boxsmall round pasta, cooked

1 cansmall white beans
-
1 Tbspparsley flakes
How To Make hot dog stew

1Slice hot dogs into 1/4" pieces. Add one tablespoon or so of oil to a skillet. Cooked for about 3 minutes, or until just browned.

2Bring your tomato juice, chicken stock, and brown sugar to a boil. Add in your remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
