Ingredients For harvest soup

3 lbground round, cooked completley & crumbled

1 lbground pork, cooked completley & crumbled

3 cansweet peas, drained

3 cansweet corn, drained

4 cansliced potatoes

2 cangreen beans
-
1 cancarrots, chopped fine
-
1 canlima beans
-
1 ccelery, chopped fine

1/2 cred onions, chopped fine

1/3 tspminced garlic
-
1 jarfavortie pasta sauce with garden vegetables

1 lgbottle of tomato juice
How To Make harvest soup

1Add meat into skillet with the onion and cook completley....crumble up into a large stock pot....

2Add all of the indgredients into the stock pot except for the pasta sauce and tomato juice.....mix well....

3Next add the container of tomato juice and mix then add the jar of pasta sauce and mix well again....if the soup is too thick for your taste, just add some water into your pasta sauce jar, stir up and put into stock pot unitl desired consistency is reached.....

4Bring the soup to a boil then put on to simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes.....I serve both crackers & cornbread with this.....
