Ingredients For ground beef soup

1 lbground beef

1 tspworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspbutter or margarine

4 cwater
-
1 lbcanned tomatoes

1/2bay leaf

1 cchoped onion

1/8 tspground pepper

110 oz. pkg mixed vegetables

1 Tbspsalt
-
2beef bouillon
-
2celery stalks
-
1 cegg noodles

1/2 tspthyme, dried
How To Make ground beef soup

1In large saucepan, saute beef and onions until meat is well browned.

2Add water, tomatoes, celery (chopped), salt, bouillon, and bay leaf. Add worcestershire sauce and pepper. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf!

3Add mixed vegetables, noodles, and thyme. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
