This is one of those pantry soups, throw in whatever you have. Substitute kale for spinach or green beans for the corn. It's all good. Add some bread and salad and you have a meal.

Ingredients For ground beef soup

1/2 lbground beef

1/2chopped onion
-
1clove garlic, minced

1stick celery, diced

1carrot, diced

1small bell pepper, diced

sprig each of rosemary, thyme and oregano

1/2 ctomato sauce
-
4 or 5tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cfrozen chopped spinach
-
1/2 cfrozen corn kernals
-
water
-
1 Tbspbeef base
-
salt and pepper

2medium red potatoes, diced
How To Make ground beef soup

1Brown beef.

2Add onion, peppers and celery. Saute until tender.

3Add rest of ingredients except potatoes. Simmer 1 hour.

4Add potatoes and cook until done.

5Serve sprinkled with your favorite cheese. We like 5 cheese Italian blend.
