Ingredients For ground beef noodle soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 lg
    carrot sliced thinly
  • 8 c
    water
  • 2
    beef bouillon
  • 1 pkg
    au jus mix
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 8 oz
    egg noodles cooked in boiling salted water and drained

How To Make ground beef noodle soup

  • 1
    Brown the beef with the onion, garlic, and carrot. Add the water bouillon, Au Jus mix, bay leaves and black pepper. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and simmer 5 more minutes.

    Remove and discard bay leaves before serving.
