Ingredients For goulash soup

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 c
    crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp
    hungarian paprika
  • 4 c
    beef stock
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 2 oz
    shell macaroni
  • salt and pepper

How To Make goulash soup

  • 1
    Add the oil to a pot. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook until beef is browned. Stir in the flour then add the crushed tomatoes.

    Mix until thickened. Add the paprika and beef stock and oregano. Bring to a boil.

    Add the shell macaroni and cook until the macaroni is done. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
