I have always love corned beef and cabbage growing up in Fla. and of course i still love it today as well.. You can also put all ingredient's into a crockpot and let cook on low all day ....

Ingredients For gloria's corned beef & cabbage soup

  • 1 lg
    cabbage head,chopped
  • 4-5 lg
    potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 md
    size onion, diced ( or use a capful of dehyrad).
  • 1-2 lg
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3
    cubes beef bouillon
  • 2
    cubes chicken bouillon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-12 oz
    canned corned beef, cubed

How To Make gloria's corned beef & cabbage soup

    In a Duch oven over medium heat, combine all ingredients except corned beef. Cover with water;cook for about 15 mins., until veggies are almost tender. Stir in corned beef; add more salt or pepper, if desired. Continue cooking until veggies are tender. Makes 4-6 servings.
