First off let me say, I have tons of recipes.. In my head! It's always hard for me to put things on paper that I created in my head. With that said, I have so much to share. This baked mushroom recipe is one of them. French onion soup is cooked down and placed into baby Portobello Mushrooms, topped with Swiss Cheese and baked until golden brown. I wouldn't steer you wrong!!!
