This is one of My Family's Favorite soups I make. It all started when I found roasted tomatoes on sale and had the ground beef in refrigerator ready for something for dinner. Perfect for that cool day when You need a hearty meal.Very filling.

Ingredients For fire roasted goulash soup.

  • 1-1 1/2 lb
    ground beef 80/20
  • 2 can
    roasted tomatoes
  • 1 can
    petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 qt
    chicken stock
  • 1 each lg
    chopped green pepper and chopped onion
  • 1 box
    cavatappi
  • 1or more
    garlic cloves
  • pink salt & pepper
  • parmasen cheese optional

How To Make fire roasted goulash soup.

    Chop and add onions and peppers to pan with salt, Cook till fragrant. Add meat to Pot with more salt and pepper, and grated garlic cloves, cook till no longer pink. Drain and return back to pot.

    Meat with onions and peppers back to pot with all rest of the ingredients except pasta. Bring to boil then simmer for and hour. Taste for seasoning.
  • Delicious stick to Your ribs meal.

    Boil Pasta in salted water til done. First meal I have pasta on side, Add to bowl and pour the goodness over, top with parm optional but delicious. I dont like when pasta explodes in soups. When cooled and ready for fridge its then I add pasta to cooled soup for leftovers. Enjoy
