    stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces

    green bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 c
    quick cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 c
    fine dried bread crumbs
  • 1 lb
    medium whole mushrooms
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 1 c
    dry red wine
