Ingredients For easy taco soup

1 lb90 % lean ground beef

1 cchopped onions
-
1 pkg{1.25}oz. taco seasoning mix
-
3 cwater, hot
-
1 can14.5 ounce size diced tomatoes with green chilis

1 can15 ounce size,drained and rinsed black beans
-
1 can15 ouncesize of whole kernal corn
-
1 can4 ounce size,diced green chiles{i use mild}

1 csmall pasta shells
How To Make easy taco soup

1In a large dutch oven cook and crumble beef and the onions,until no longer pink,DRAIN.

2Add remaining ingrediants to pan;bring to a boil;reduce heat and then simmer until the pasta is cooked,about 10 minutes.Simmer a few more minutes for best flavor.

3Remove from heat. Ladle soup into serving bowls. Top with shredded chedder or monteray Jack cheese,crushed tortilla chips,sliced green onions and sour cream,if desired.VERY GOOD.
