Ingredients For crock pot beef stew

    boneless beef stew, cut in small pieces
  • 1 sm
    can potatoes, sliced or whole, drained
  • 1 can
    sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 can
    cut green beans, drained
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 can
    tomato soup

How To Make crock pot beef stew

  • 1
    Place the above ingredients in a 5 quart crock pot, stir slightly and cook until done. Serve alone or with rice. This soup makes the gravy, so no need to thicken it.

    ONE CAUTION: Don't substitute fresh potatoes for canned as they will become mushy.
