Ingredients For country carrot soup

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    onion, diced
  • 2 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 3 c
    tomato juice
  • 2 c
    carrots, grated
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make country carrot soup

  • 1
    In large pan over meduim heat, brown beef and onion; drain.
  • 2
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender. Remove bay leaf.
