This brings some of your favorite ingredients together in one pot. Such a simple recipe and it's no fuss. Just cook your meat then throw it all in the Crock pot and let it simmer. Recipe is a variation of my own. Picture is my own.

Ingredients For cheesy taco soup-annette's

  • 2 lb
    ground beef or turkey
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 2 can
    pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can
    bean-less hormel chili
  • 1 lb
    velveeta
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • TOPPINGS
  • corn chips, jalapenos, avocado

How To Make cheesy taco soup-annette's

  • 1
    Brown beef with onions, salt and pepper. Drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients and simmer in Crock pot for at least a couple hours.

    Top with jalapenos, avocado and corn chips if desired.
