Ingredients For cheesy enchilada soup

1 1/2 cground sirloin

1 lgonion diced

1 can15 oz tomato sauce

2 can10 oz enchilada sauce

1 canchili beans
-
1 cangreat northern beans
-
1 cancorn kernels, fresh or frozen

1 candiced fire=roasted tomatoes

1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 cshredded monterey jack cheese
How To Make cheesy enchilada soup

1cook meat and onions over medium high heat and drain well...add everything except the cheese and simmer for about 1 hour...then add cheese until melted...Garnish with sour cream and cheese...add Jalpenoes if like!!!
