I Love to share recipes using my Grandma Vinion's Canned Peppers in Red Sauce. This is one of them. Grandma shared her Stuffed Pepper Soup recipe with me years ago and I Love it because it's quick and easy. But I thought it could be just a little bit better. So the second time I made it I added two cans of my Grandma's Sweet Peppers with the Sauce. The Sauce is tomato based, and has a wonderful flavor that adds to this dish. It was pretty windy and chilly here in Ohio today, and I had a very busy day. I needed a quick meal, and threw this together to share with y'all! Hope you enjoy it!
