I LOVE THIS SOUP, ITS SUPER GREAT FOR THE CABBAGE DIET, BUT WE JUST LOVE IT IN THE WINTER TIME, CABBAGE SOUP AND CORNBREAD, EASY, FILLS U UP AND SATISFIES.

  • 1-2 lb
    ground beef, or turkey
  • 1 md
    sweet onion /diced
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper
  • 1 can
    rotel
  • LG can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 gal
    v-8
  • salt and pepper
  • medium head of cabbage
  • 2 stalks
    celery, chopped

How To Make cabbage soup

  • 1
    IN A LARGE POT, BROWN HAMBURGER OR TURKEY, DICED ONION, AND PEPPER. DRAIN
  • 2
    ADD ROTEL, TOMATOES, CABBAGE, AND HALF THE V-8. ADD WATER TO FILL UP THE POT. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. ENJOY

    COOK TILL CABBAGE IS TENDER, ADD V-8 AS NEEDED
