This delicous recipe is very quick and simple. So much so that even I can make it! I know my sister and brother-in-law got the recipe from someone else, but they shared it with me, so it has become Brad & Wendy's Taco Soup.

Ingredients For brad & wendy's taco soup

  • 1 lb
    lean grount beef
  • 1
    onion; chopped
  • 3 - 15oz can
    mild chili beans, undrained
  • 1 - 14oz can
    diced tomatoes; undrained
  • 1 - 14oz can
    whole kernal corn; undrained
  • 1 - 8oz can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 - 1.25o pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • corn chips

How To Make brad & wendy's taco soup

    Brown meat with onions in a large saucepan; drain.
  • 2
    Add all remaining ingredients; stir.

    Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes stirring occassionally.

    You can top with cheddar cheese, however, I like to place a corn chip on each spoonful. Tastes delicious!
