Ingredients For beef stew

3 lbsirloin tips

1 can(14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

1 can(10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth, undiluted

1 cmild picante sauce or salsa

1 cancan whole corn
-
1 mdonion, cut in quarters then sliced

1/2 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cwater
-
1 mdgreen squash
-
1 cfresh kale, chopped
How To Make beef stew

1Cook sirloin in large skillet, until no longer pink

2Combine meat, tomatoes, beef broth, picante sauce or salsa, corn, onion, cumin and salt. To crock pot

3Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.

4Stir together flour and water. Stir flour mixture into stew mixture and cook on HIGH setting 1 hour or until thickened.
