Beef craving a new soup. Decided I wanted to go Asian style! This was fab!

Ingredients For asian beef soup

1 Tbspcoconut oil

1 1/2 lbbulgogi or bool kogi (same thing, different spelling)

2 cchicken broth
-
2 cwater
-
5 clovegarlic, sliced
-
1/2white onion, sliced to 1/16 in. thick

1/4red cabbage, sliced to 1/16 in. thick

1 Tbspsesame oil
-
1/2 tspginger powder
-
1/2 tspchinese five spice powder
-
30frozen mini wontons (aprox. number)
How To Make asian beef soup

1heat coconut oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown Bulgogi, drain.

2In pot mix together all ingredients. bring to a boil over medium then reduce to simmer.

3Allow to simmer for at least 1 hour but no more than 2.

4Return to boil. Add in frozen mini wontons and cook for additional 2 minutes.
