HELEN'S PANTRY, Abc's and 123's I remember as a kid having so much fun spelling and counting. This home made alphabet soup taste great also.

Ingredients For alphabet noodle soup

  • 1/2 lb
    extra lean ground beef
  • 3 can
    beef stock
  • 3 c
    vegetable juice like v8 or tomato
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    thyme
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    mixed frozed vegetablrs
  • 2/3 c
    alphabet noodles uncooked

How To Make alphabet noodle soup

  • 1
    Brown beef in a large saucepan or dutch oven. Drain
  • 2
    Add stock, vegetable juice, eater, thyme, and worcestershire sauce.

    Bring to a boil. add vegetables and pasta.

    Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
