1 can28-oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained

2 1/2 creduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth

8 ozboneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into 3/4 inch cubes

1 conion, chopped

3/4 ccelery, chopped

1-1 1/2 tspginger root, minced

1 tspground turmeric

1/2 - 3/4 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/2 - 1 tspsalt

2 ozspaghettti noodles, broken into 2 inch pieces

1/4 cflat-leaf parsley, chopped

1Combine all incredients, except spaghetti and parsley, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.

2Stir in spaghetti and parsley; cover and cook on LOW until spaghetti is tender, about 30 minutes.
