Ingredients For simple portuguese chourico & bean soup

    water
  • 16 oz
    package chourico
  • 2
    chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1
    sazon goya (con azafran)
  • 1 can
    red kidney beans (use the whole can. including the juices)
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 2
    bay leaves

How To Make simple portuguese chourico & bean soup

    Add water and bouillon cubes to deep pan to make stock.

    Slice chourico into half inch pieces.

    Add chourico and remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
