This is a recipe I make sometimes when my family and I have a mexican dinner. It is a very filling soup that is super easy and quick to make.

Ingredients For refried bean soup

1 can31 oz. refried beans low fat

1 can14 1/2 oz. chicken broth, low sodium

1 can16 oz. of picante sauce, medium flavor

1 pkg8 0z. shredded mexican blend cheese
How To Make refried bean soup

1In a medium sauce pan, add beans, broth, and picante sauce until well blended.

2Stir over medium heat until soup is hot then add in cheese and stir well. Can be served with tortilla chips crushed into soup in place of crackers.
