Ingredients For pressure cooker cabbage, bean & kielbasa soup

2 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion, chopped

1rib celery, chopped
-
1 clovegarlic, minced

4 cchicken stock or broth
-
6 cgreen cabbage, thinly sliced

8 ozkielbasa, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into 1/4 inch slices

1 can14.5 oz. can whole tomatoes, drained an chopped

1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/2 tspsalt or more to taste
-
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper
-
1 ccanned white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
How To Make pressure cooker cabbage, bean & kielbasa soup

1In a 6 qt. pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery and garlic and stir often until just softened, about 3 minutes.

2Stir in chicken stock or broth, cabbage, sausage, tomatoes, thyme, salt & pepper.

3Bring pressure cooker to pressure and cook 5 minutes. Use quick release to relieve pressure.

4When pressure has been released, open lid and stir in beans and let them cook through. Season with additional salt & pepper to taste.
