Ingredients For mexican bean soup in a hurry!

  • 64 oz. bottle
    great northern beans
  • 16 oz. bottle
    picante sauce or salsa
  • 8 oz. pkg
    jalapeno pepper jack cheese
  • 16 oz. bottle
    of water (just use the empty picante bottle)

How To Make mexican bean soup in a hurry!

    In large pot or crock pot, dump picante sauce, water, beans and block of cheese that you've cut into cubes.

    Stir until cheese melts and serve! So simple! You can make it milder with just plain pepper jack cheese or hotter with hot salsa.
