Ingredients For mexican bean soup in a hurry!

64 oz. bottlegreat northern beans

16 oz. bottlepicante sauce or salsa

8 oz. pkgjalapeno pepper jack cheese

16 oz. bottleof water (just use the empty picante bottle)

1In large pot or crock pot, dump picante sauce, water, beans and block of cheese that you've cut into cubes.

2Stir until cheese melts and serve! So simple! You can make it milder with just plain pepper jack cheese or hotter with hot salsa.
