Ingredients For ham and bean soup

1 lbnavy beans

11 cboiling water
-
2 tspsalt
-
ham hock, smoked
-
3/4 ccarrots, grated

3/4 cfinely chopped celery

3/4 cfinely chopped onion

1 lbcanned tomatos
How To Make ham and bean soup

1Combine all ingredients and boil for 2 hours or until tender.

2Remove ham bone and clean all meat off and place in bowl.

3Using a mixer stick or blend in batches. Blend to desired texture. Add ham to soup and simmer for an additional 1/2 hour.

4Serve with vinegar
