This is probably not a good one, if you are watching your sodium intake since it is made entirely with canned products. It is a very flavorful soup and high in protein and carbs. A generous one cup serving is approx. 4 Points Plus if you are a Weight Watcher. If you love beans, corn and tomatoes you will love it! If you like more spice, use Rotel instead of plain diced tomatoes. All cans are approx. 15 oz. Freezes well - so make ahead and freeze in portions if you prefer.

Ingredients For five ingredient soup

  • 1 can
    chili beans
  • 1 can
    chicken broth, non-fat
  • 1 can
    corn
  • 1 can
    black beans
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes

How To Make five ingredient soup

    Rinse the black beans real good in cold water.

    Don't drain or rinse any of the other ingredients.

    Pour black beans in to pot with other ingredients and simmer for approx 30 minutes to blend flavors. Delicious!
